Forms Express has a new focus, to provide Councils with the complete revenue solution. Over the past 10 years of development, Forms Express has worked closely with input from over 190 Councils. This extends our services from Printing, to Archiving, Emailing, Portals and now the recent launch of FlexiPay. Our services now represent the complete loop. FlexiPay encompasses single payments, direct debit and payment arrangement management, for all customers regardless of delivery method.

Councils who work with Forms Express will gain the benefit of years of research and development, and have a say in the continual improvement of these services. FlexiPay is the result of key council collaboration, ensuring clear auditing and visibility of payment history.  Our next goal is to transform the core bill creation process, with significant investment into both our dashboard job submission process, and our physical production capacity.

At Forms Express, we believe we are the only provider who can offer such a wide range of services. By managing so many touch points, we are positioned to significantly reduce the overall spending of Councils compared to managing multiple suppliers. This represents greater value for money, less overhead managing suppliers, and increased uptake of services from ratepayers.
